I am super excited to be participating in a double cover reveal for two awesome soon-to-be-releasing books by Author Molly McAdams – TRUSTING LIAM, a Taking Chances and Forgiving Lies novel, and CHANGING EVERYTHING, a Forgiving Lies novella.

I love both covers and think they fit so well with the characters and story descriptions. I love that the title fonts for the TRUSTING LIAM cover match the title fonts used in the Forgiving Lies series. I love Liam’s sleeve – the part that can be glimpsed. I love the tone of the colors used in the CHANGING EVERYTHING cover. I love how they changed things just a bit and raised the fonts, creating a shadow beneath the title and words.

And I can’t wait until both books release this March and June so that both stories with both pretty covers will reside on my Kindle.

What do you think? Do you think the TRUSTING LIAM cover represents Kennedy and Liam and their story well? And how about CHANGING EVERYTHING – is that a book cover you can’t wait to see on your eBook shelf?

After graduating from Bowler University, the last place Cam Ruiz ever expected to find himself is his hometown. A bad job as a bouncer and worry over his mom’s health make living in Paradise anything but. There’s only one thing that can make his return any harder—running into the only girl he’s ever loved.

Tate Ellison made a mistake when she was eighteen, one that cost her the best thing she’s ever had. She’s always hoped the regret of losing Cam would fade over time. Too bad it’s only grown. She took comfort in the fact she’d never have to face him again, so his presence in Paradise throws her for a loop.

The pull between them is instant and when the truth of what happened years ago tumbles out, they share a mind-blowing kiss…which leads to more. But the past has a way of repeating itself. When all the cards are on the table, Cam and Tate must decide what they are willing to do to make it last.

Note: This review is based on an eARC received from the publisher via Edelweiss in exchange for my honest thoughts about the book.

    The Review

MAKE IT LAST is a real and romantic and incredibly emotional read, with an undeniably sexy male protagonist and a beautiful but headstrong female main whose pull toward each other is positively magnetic. Their chemistry sizzles, the challenges they face are authentic and relatable, their road to a happily ever after is full of secrets, setbacks, indecision and heartbreak.

Cam Ruiz and Tate Ellison had the kind of love that should have been forever. But one decision changed everything and the future they dreamed up for themselves in the virtual world of Utope became nothing more than a distant and painful memory. Or at least it had been.

When Cam is forced to return to his hometown of Paradise to take care of his mother, he never thought he’d run into Tate. He certainly never thought he would still feel something for her. Or that their lives would once again become intertwined. Not after she broke his heart.

But a love as epic as theirs doesn’t die easily. And a man like Cam doesn’t give up, even if it seems as if the universe is trying to keep them apart. Not unless the girl he’s fighting for isn’t willing to fight as hard as he is or believe that they have what it takes to make it last.

In her story, told in alternating points of view, Author Megan Erickson has given readers two characters that they will like and grow to love, be frustrated with, relate to, understand, and empathize with. She created a story with relationships and situations that feel believable and true-to-life, that are both heartwarming and heartrending. She puts readers on an emotional roller-coaster as Tate and Cam try to find a way to make things work. And she keeps them hooked with a few scalding hot and incredibly sexy moments between these two immensely appealing characters.

MAKE IT LAST is an absolutely fantastic end to this three-book series in which each novel can be read on its own. It not only wraps up Cam and Tate’s story but gives readers a chance to say goodbye to Kat and Alec, Max and Lea. It is sweet and funny and sad and hopeful. Camilo is strong and loyal and confident and utterly delectable. Tatum is tough and fragile, caring and determined. All of which make this a captivating, exciting and wildly entertaining read.

Alec Stone should not be fantasizing about Kat. She’s adorable, unbelievably witty, and completely off limits. He’d never stab his best friend in the back…

But when secrets are revealed, the lines of loyalty are blurred. To make it count, Alec must learn messy human emotions can’t be solved like a trigonometry function. And Kat has to trust Alec may be the first guy to want her for who she is, and not in spite of it.

She likes to be in control, and something about being with Max makes her feel anything but. But during the moments he lets his guard down, Lea sees a soul as broken inside as she is outside. Trusting him is a whole other problem…

    Review: BOOMERANG

Boomerang Cover ImageBOOMERANG was released in the U.S. on July 8, 2014 in paperback, audio and eBook formats. It is currently available to order online in all formats at AMAZON and in paperback and eBook formats at BARNES & NOBLE.

Published by William Morrow, the print edition is 336 pages.

BOOMERANG is the first book in a new series of the same name by the authors. The second book in the series, REBOUND, is slated for release on December 9, 2014.

The first book in a sensational New Adult trilogy from Noelle August

Welcome to, the dating site for the millennial gen with its no-fuss, no-commitments matchups, and where work is steamier than any random hook-up

Mia Galliano is an aspiring filmmaker. Ethan Vance has just played his last game as a collegiate soccer star. They’re sharp, hungry for success, and they share a secret.

Last night, Ethan and Mia met at a bar, and, well . . . one thing led to another, which led to them waking up the next morning—together. Things turned awkward in a hurry when they found themselves sharing a post hookup taxi . . . to the same place: Boomerang headquarters.

What began as a powerful connection between them is treated to a cold shower courtesy of two major complications. First, Boomerang has a strict policy against co-worker dating. And second, they’re now competitors for only one job at the end of summer.

As their internships come to an end, will they manage to keep their eyes on the future and their hands off each other, or will the pull of attraction put them right back where they started?

    Add to Goodreads

Note: This review is based on an eARC received from the publisher via Edelweiss in exchange for my honest thoughts about the book.

    The Review

BOOMERANG is an utterly delectable, incredibly exciting and totally addictive story that is the perfect blend of sexy and sweet. Told from both Mia and Ethan’s perspectives, this story will keep those pages turning as things between them go from awkward to competitive with an undercurrent of tension that sizzles.

Waking from what should have been an unforgettable night that neither can quite remember, Mia and Ethan soon learn that their one-night hookup was not the last they would see of one another. When it turns out that they’re both vying for the same job, they’ll have to decide what’s more important – the chance at an amazing opportunity with Boomerang or the possibility of seeing whether the connection they have could lead to something more.

The authors crafted a novel with two very likable characters whose chemistry is electric, whose predicament makes for a story that is at times angst-filled, at others swoonworthy, and whose happily ever after readers will very much hope for. They don’t skimp on character development – readers will get to know and adore both Mia and Ethan, with all their flaws, insecurities and hang-ups, and they’ll get a peek at one of the central characters in the next book in the series.

As things heat up both on the job and off, more will be revealed about past relationships, current desires, how they met, and what landing the job at Boomerang really means to each of them. Their story is captivating and romantic, a touch suspenseful and a little bit heartbreaking. It’s a story that will be unputdownable.

From the competition, to Mia and Ethan’s undeniable attraction, to the head-meets-desk decisions, to the questions about what exactly happened that first night, BOOMERANG is a quick, nail-biting and wildly entertaining read. It’s a fantastic start to this series that is not to be missed by fans of this genre or readers who like clever and engaging stories with just the right amount of heat, sexual tension and romance.

    The Rating…

    On a Personal Note…

I knew I would love this book. The cover and title and description looked like so much fun. I love a romance where things are a little bit awkward at the start and there is an undeniable attraction that has to be denied.

But what made this a new favorite for me was that it brought a little bit more to the table. This wasn’t just some formula romance. The characters weren’t just one-note. Ethan was totally swoonworthy, a great guy, more than a little bit stubborn, and had some very real issues he was dealing with. Mia had her own insecurities, but she was insanely creative and independent and she had such a wonderful heart.

All the boxes were checked on what made this a great New Adult romance, but it didn’t feel as if the authors were checking boxes in order to make this work. The story came together brilliantly. It was fun and sexy and clever and flirty. It was hot but not too hot. It was heart-wrenching but not too much so. I smiled, I laughed, I shook my head – Oh Mia, what did you do? – I teared up, I bit my nails, I turned on the fan.

And while I was definitely hoping for the story to end in a happily ever after, I couldn’t help but get caught up in the competition and root for one character’s presentation to win, so that they’d land the job. Especially after what happened when the one character did this one thing that had a major snowball effect.

    I couldn’t be more cryptic, could I?

If I could have written the review that perfectly encapsulates my thoughts, it would be: READ THIS BOOK. NOW!

    Favorite Passage…

I could have chosen hot and sexy as a favorite, because there were definitely plenty of those to choose from and they were all favorites. But one of my most favorite moments was this one – of which I only included a small part – between Ethan and Mia because of its simplicity and just how wonderfully romantic it was.

As we leave the room, Mia lets go and I feel her arm come around me. She presses close, squeezing my ribs. “Thank you,” she whispers.

And just like that, my night is made.

    The Guest Post

Brody Saco aka “the top of the triangle”

Oh, Brody, Brody, Brody. #Swoon (hopefully you’ll be saying the same thing when you read Sharing You.) Brody is a character you might want to shake, but you can’t help but falling in love with. He’s been married to a woman for six years, but he fell out of love with her long before they married, and he’s more than positive that his wife never loved him. By trying to do the right thing by her, he ended up entering into a life that would slowly break him. His spirit, his fire for life, pretty much everything that makes Brody Brody has been dying since he married Olivia Reynolds. But he feels responsible for her, he feels like he owes it to her to take care of his wife who is only a shell of the girl he fell in love with in high school, and what kind of a man would he be if he left her? So every day he goes home to where his wife may or may not be, and stays on his side of the house to avoid her unless she’s having one of her psychotic fits … we’ll call them “episodes” for now … and tries to remain calm as she blows through every dollar he makes as a police officer.

    Brody Quote Graphic

Despite how it sounds, Brody isn’t spineless. Something happened soon after they married that was enough to break him completely, and it had nothing to do with his wife—Olivia is just the added daily push. If you read Capturing Peace, you already know what that event was, if you haven’t … well you’ll find out quickly in Sharing You. On one of the very rare days that he’s able to get away from his wife to hang out with his brother and sister-in-law, he bumps into a girl who makes him feel alive for the first time in five years. A girl who makes him want to live, period. After running into her at random places, and thinking about nothing but her, he caves and goes to her bakery to find out what exactly it is about the girl.

He quickly finds out that life without Kamryn isn’t a life at all, and knows that without a doubt, he’ll do anything to be with her. It kills Brody that Kamryn is suffering through their relationship because of his marital status, but Brody quickly learns that leaving Olivia isn’t as easy as trying to find her help and filing for divorce—and he’ll do everything to keep the drama with his wife away from the woman he loves. Now that he’s paying attention rather than avoiding her, it’s evident that Olivia’s episodes are nothing more than the best pranks she’s ever pulled … and now he’s being threatened to stay with her. Brody never stops trying to find a way out of his manipulative marriage, but as time goes on, Kamryn starts to second-guess everything about their relationship since all she knows is that Brody is still married. And Brody’s constant fight to get away from Olivia and her family for a future with Kamryn, may prove to be too much when his world seems to come crashing down around him.

Molly’s Daily Question: What about Brody’s tug-o-war between a powerful family and the woman he loves are you looking forward to seeing the most in Sharing You?

    About Sharing You

    Releases TODAY, July 1, 2014

    Series: Sharing You #1
    Release date: July 1, 2014
    Publisher: William Morrow
    Pages: 336
    Formats: Paperback, audio, eBook

Twenty-three year old, Kamryn Cunningham has left all she’s ever known and moved to a small town where no one knows her name, who her parents are, or her social status in the horseracing world. Months after opening her own bakery and evading attempts of being set up by her new best friend, she meets Brody. But Kamryn fights the instant pull between them because there’s a detail she can’t dismiss. Brody’s married.

To say that twenty-six year old, Brody Saco has had a rough marriage would be an understatement. After marrying his pregnant girlfriend, he spends the next six years in a relationship filled with hatred, manipulation, and guilt involving a tragedy that happened five years earlier. When he keeps running into his sister-in-law’s best friend, Kamryn, he can’t ignore that she makes him feel more with just one look than his wife ever has; and soon he can’t continue fight his feelings for her.

When staying apart proves to be too difficult, Brody and Kamryn enter a relationship full of stolen moments and nights that end too soon while they wait for Brody to file for divorce. But the guilt that comes with their relationship may prove to be too much for Kamryn, and Brody might not be strong enough to face the tragedy from his past in order to leave his conniving wife.

    Sharing You Excerpt

    SHARING YOU Excerpt: Part 2

The force of his kiss surprised me and a high-pitched moan slipped from my chest. Brody laughed softly as one of his hands left my hip and went to my back and under my shirt, his hand leaving a trail of fire on my skin.

Turning us so the backs of his legs were hitting the couch, I pushed back and followed him down, planting myself on his lap and stifling another moan when our new position had his erection pressing against me. Brody brought our mouths back together and when I rocked against his hard length, he took my bottom lip between his teeth and tugged gently. When he released me, I sat up straighter so my chest was directly in front of his face and went back to rolling my hips against him.

With a growl, he leaned forward and pulled the stretchy material of my tank top down to free my breasts and sucked one nipple into his mouth. I whimpered when he bit down before resuming his torturous licking; when my eyes were finally able to flutter open again, I looked down to see him looking up from under his dark eyelashes and goose bumps covered my body at the sight. It was strangely erotic and I couldn’t stop watching him tease my nipple now that I’d started. The hand that wasn’t caressing my breast was gripping my hip and I reached down to slide his fingers under the thin material of my shorts.

He released my breast with a soft pop and brought my face to his, staring intently in my eyes. “You sure you’re okay with this?”

I sat up on my knees, giving him better access, and leaned in to whisper, “I was stupid to think we could take it slow.” I pressed my lips softly to his once, but didn’t move away. “Don’t leave tonight, Brody, please. Stay with me.”

His response was to kiss me deeply while his fingers moved to stroke along my soft folds. “Christ, Kamryn,” he groaned, and slid one long finger deep inside me as his thumb rubbed against my clit, and I couldn’t stop the whimper that bubbled from my lips from having him touch me like this.

I ground my hips against his hand as he continued to move his fingers in a way I’d never experienced with Charles, not that Charles and I hadn’t done numerous sexual activities, but he was always pushing for the ones that benefited him, and sex with him didn’t last long; so more often than not, I ended up frustrated or excusing myself to the bathroom to finish myself. The muscles low in my stomach tightened, and my entire body was warming, I was close to begging him not to stop when he slipped a second finger inside and my body exploded. Hard. My head fell back as a breathy cry left me and I rode out wave after wave of the most intense orgasm I’ve ever had.

His fingers didn’t still, but softened and slowed as he pressed his lips against my throat. “You’re so beautiful.”

Bringing my head back down, I rested my forehead against his as I fumbled with the zipper and button on his uniform pants, my hands were shaking so much from the after effects of my orgasm it took two tries just to pull the zipper down; but the moment I finally succeeded, Brody’s hand left my shorts and his large fingers curled around my wrists.

I love how each cover in the series is just a little bit different. I love that WILD’s cover is a bit more flirty, a bit more wicked. I love that both models face forward on this cover, versus just the female model on TEASE and neither model on FOREPLAY.

I also love their similarities. I love how each book has a pink element, though I especially love the bright pink font used for WILD’s title. And I love that for this book, and for TEASE, the fonts and title, series and author placement are consistent.

I think this cover is pretty and modern and and sexy and fits perfectly with the book’s description. But that’s what I think.

    What do you think?

NOTE: This review is based on an eARC received from the publisher, via Edelweiss, in exchange for my honest thoughts about the book.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Cora Carmack follows up her trio of hits—Losing It, Faking It, and Finding It—with this thrilling first novel in an explosive series bursting with the Texas flavor, edge, and steamy romance of Friday Night Lights.

In Texas, two things are cherished above all else—football and gossip. My life has always been ruled by both.

Dallas Cole loathes football. That’s what happens when you spend your whole childhood coming in second to a sport. College is her time to step out of the bleachers, and put the playing field (and the players) in her past.

But life doesn’t always go as planned. As if going to the same college as her football star ex wasn’t bad enough, her father, a Texas high school coaching phenom, has decided to make the jump to college ball… as the new head coach at Rusk University. Dallas finds herself in the shadows of her father and football all over again.

Carson McClain is determined to go from second-string quarterback to the starting line-up. He needs the scholarship and the future that football provides. But when a beautiful redhead literally falls into his life, his focus is more than tested. It’s obliterated.

Dallas doesn’t know Carson is on the team. Carson doesn’t know that Dallas is his new coach’s daughter.

And neither of them know how to walk away from the attraction they feel.

    The Review

Cora Carmack’s ALL LINED UP is a sweet, sexy, and totally addictive read. Told in alternating POVs, readers will get the inside scoop on what both Dallas and Carson are thinking, what they know, and what they don’t. And with all that they don’t know, it makes for an incredibly exciting and romantic story.

Dallas is not at all interested in getting involved with a football player. Not after having her heart broken by one already. And especially not someone who plays for the team coached by her father at Rusk University. Carson isn’t looking to get involved with anyone at all. Football is his best chance for the kind of future he wants. He needs to stay focused. He can’t afford to fail.

Staying away from each other would be better for everyone. But when that proves impossible, the next best thing is to just be friends. She won’t be breaking her rule of not dating football players. He won’t be risking his scholarship or his spot on the team. It’s the perfect solution… as long as they can resist their attraction for each other.

ALL LINED UP is a lightning fast, one-sit read with two characters who are instantly likable and relatable. Dallas is clever, witty and determined. Carson is dedicated, driven and undeniably sexy. Their chemistry is electric. And their love story is one readers will be rooting for from that very first moment on the balcony and the next one just beneath it, to the story’s end.

Author Cora Carmack gets the win for this first installment in her Rusk University series. A captivating storyline, a swoon-worthy romance with just the right amount of heat, characters who are easy to connect with, and a setting that readers can look forward to seeing in future books in the series, make ALL LINED UP a must.

    The Rating…

    On a Personal Note…

I’m still somewhat new to New Adult. But I’d heard great things about Cora Carmack’s writing and I couldn’t wait for her new series. I love when contemporary romance incorporates some kind of athlete into the story. And I’m particularly fond of football players.

So when I read the description for ALL LINED UP I just knew this would be a book I’d love. And I was not wrong.

I fell in love with the love story during the scene when Dallas was dangling off the balcony and Carson tried to be the hero by catching her. But I fell in love with the story much earlier than that – from the moment I read those two opening sentences. I knew right then that I loved the writing and the author’s voice. And I knew that if I had every single book in this series I wouldn’t have been able to resist reading them back-to-back.

I love that the author chose to share things from both Dallas’s perspective and Carson’s. But I also love that not every chapter switched back and forth between the two points of view.

It was so easy to like Dallas and even easier to like Carson. Every time he called Dallas by the nickname he gave her, I couldn’t help but smile. And, no, I’m not going to reveal what that was here.

And of course I couldn’t help but love the fact that I knew more about some of what was going on than the characters did. Though it did ratchet up the suspense and angst levels. And it may have caused me to feel more than a little dread at various points.

This story checked all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a contemporary romance. Interesting, likable female main – check. Sexy, charming male protagonist – check. Swoony love story – check. Tension, angst, heartbreak – check, check, check. Plot that keeps me interested outside of the romantic connection – check. Engaging, smart writing that doesn’t forget that humor and sarcasm are important for balance. Check. Chemistry that sizzles, love scenes that are sexy not skeevy, quotes that make me melt – check, check and most definitely check.

    Favorite Passage…

There were two scenes in this book that really stuck with me. One that makes me grin every time I read it, and this one that makes me melt.

“No one in my entire life has ever told me I have a big heart.”

I touch the hand she has braced on her knee, just for a few seconds, and say, “Then no one in your entire life has been paying much attention.”
