BBAW Giveaway

For this year’s BBAW giveaway I am taking things a bit literally. This event is about appreciating book bloggers so that’s what I’m doing. Book bloggers not only spend a lot of time talking about books, promoting books and reading books, but we spend a lot of money buying books.
Whether it’s to give them away to our readers for taking the time to visit our site, whether it’s to help increase visibility and traffic to our site, whether it’s to help spread the word about an author’s book we absolutely love, or whether it’s because we just have to have a particular book in our collection, we tend to spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars a year on books.
So, in order to show my appreciation to those bloggers who, like me, spend most of our spare cash buying the books we love, I’m opening up this giveaway to book bloggers only.
What’s up for grabs:
The book blogger’s choice of up to $50 in books from Amazon or The Book Depository depending upon location.
The deets:
1. One entry per HOUSEHOLD.
2. Giveaway is open to BOOK BLOGGERS ONLY.
3. There will be ONE winner.
4. You must be 13 or older.
5. Giveaway is International.
6. Contest ends at 9:01 p.m. Pacific on Friday, September 14, 2012.
7. Winner will be chosen by Random.org through Rafflecopter and announced on September 15th in this post.
7. Winner will have 48 hours after notification to respond with their details and books of their choice.
There is no requirement to like or follow, but if you’d like to spread the word that would be awesome!

I’ve discovered loads of new blogs through this week, including yours! But one great one is BookPairings, where books are paired with other books, recipes, wine etc. it’s great!
I discovered Short and Sweet reviews – the blogger you just interviewed! Since I’m pretty new to book blogging, there are a lot of bloggers for me to discover. It’s a great, wide community, isn’t it?

I’d heard of Rhapsody In Books prior to this BBAW, but I hadn’t spent much time on the site until we were paired up for the interview swap. I’m so glad that happened, as Jill writes some wonderful reviews.
I discovered Novel Days. Britta’s got some really interesting reviews and super cool feature posts (including one that focuses entirely on Peeta Mellark…it made me smile!)

I.. I haven’t discovered any new blog yet o.O Might be because I already follow more than 400 blogs (A) But I do love all these posts on all these different blogs. <3 It is a lot of fun

I didn’t discover a new blog, I follow & visit so many, but I re-discovered Bart’s Bookshelf, a blog that I used to visit before, but with all the new blogs I came across, I kinda forgot about it
but now with BBAW I came across it again, and subscribed, so it won’t slip my mind again
