It was very tough choosing a book to spotlight for the week of July 24th. There are three books I’m super excited for coming out that week, but as I read the other two, I chose Endlessly, which is most definitely a highly anticipated read for me. Although as it is a series ending book, its release is bittersweet.

I fell in love with this series right from the start with Paranormalcy. Evie was such a fun character to get to know. She is feisty and stubborn and kick-a** and… stubborn. Yes, I said that twice. But it’s one of her most endearing qualities.

I loved that the author gave her weapon, Tasey, its own personality. So much so that I’ve missed Tasey, too, and hope to see it in this final book. And those two boys in Evie’s life are definitely of the swoon-worthy variety, even if one was just a bit tougher to love than another.

I’m so curious to see how this series will end and who Evie will end up with. I’ve heard whispers and I’m so worried that they will be true and that I will end up heartbroken. But I am hoping that, at least for Evie, it will be a happy ending.

The description sounds like there will be quite a lot going on in this last book with IPCA, with the Faerie Queen and the “entire paranormal world.” I can’t even imagine what fate Evie needs to save the supernatural beings from. But it sounds incredibly exciting, very dangerous and potentially heartbreaking depending on just how this book ends.

With its gorgeous covers, it’s lovable and memorable characters, its sarcastic and fiery heroine, and a story that is fun, humorous and incredibly entertaining, Paranormalcy is one series that will be missedAnd this last book in the series, Endlessly, is most definitely a book worthy of the spotlight and the one I am watching this week.

About the Book

Goodreads description:

Evie’s paranormal past keeps coming back to haunt her. A new director at the International Paranormal Containment Agency wants to drag her back to headquarters. The Dark Faerie Queen is torturing humans in her poisonous realm. And supernatural creatures keep insisting that Evie is the only one who can save them from a mysterious, perilous fate.

The clock is ticking on the entire paranormal world. And its fate rests solely in Evie’s hands.

So much for normal.
